Hebert was penalized on the play and ejected from the game. "We are committed to fostering a culture of health and safety in all we do as a league, including the standards we set through player discipline," said Mark Cohon, Commissioner of the Canadian Football League. A hearing took place earlier today that included Hebert, representation from Canadian Football League Players Association (CFLPA), and representation from the CFL including Cohon.
